If I was blown away with last year’s, this one exceeded my
already high expectations! You put together a fabulous line of
speakers and workshops. Again, the way you included family, with
your own families present and with the Orana group, was especially
grounding.
Once again, thanks for a wonderful, refreshing, extending and
invigorating conference. Definitely an essential element in the
professional development of myself and my team. We’ll see you again
next year!

Congratulations for creating an event, which has exceeded all of
my expectations. In my Customer Service seminars I commonly refer to
this experience as creating "Magic Moments"... something special,
not planned and leaves people feeling good.
This experience has certainly inspired me to continue my learning
